The Aerial Yoga Hammock is an amazing addition to any yoga or movement practice. As an instructor it can really open doors for studios to teach at and the number of students you can reach. The Aerial Yoga hammock has many therapeutic applications as well as some fun cirque poses.
Your students will leave feeling confident and empowered. Many people ask, “So how do I get one of these Aerial Yoga Hammocks for my house?” It is a powerful practice, and has the ability to transform lives.
